HOTA Gallery Opening

HOTA Gallery Opening Party

What happens when a place known for bikini’s, beaches and theme parks opens a 60-million-dollar Gallery?

 Redefining reputations!

Future proofing the Gold Coast as a cultural destination is what HOTA Gallery has decidedly done. The gallery is a key offering of the HOTA precinct, which is set to spend $399 million to expand art, music and events to locals, interstate and international travellers over the next 10 years.

Working closely with Palette Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Dayan Hartill-Law and HOTA’s Head of Culinary Arts Amy Gale Studio created an exciting interactive food pavilion to showcase culinary offerings, alongside designing additional areas to create a fully immersive experience imbued with intrigue, formal ambiance and a celebrity dining experience for 1200+ VIP guests.

A feast for the eyes and senses Amy Gale Studio designed and created an Old Shanghai Dumpling Bar, an inspired Japanese Yakitori Grill as well as extravagant rustic-pop, farm to plate strawberry sundae shop, with ice-cream created on the spot with the drama of nitrogen.

An army of chefs cooked for three hours from the pop-up kitchens inside these delightful, themed food stations, serving the 1000+ guests with a delicious sumptuous feast, adding to the whole event entertainment experience

If you need bespoke experiential décor to create attention-grabbing experiences then let’s talk!
